SalaCal Privacy Policy

SalaCal is designed to be private. We do not collect, track, store, or share any personal information.

What we collect

Nothing. SalaCal has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking SDKs.

Your data stays on your device

Everything you enter into SalaCal — salaries, deductions, budgets, debts, savings goals, job-offer comparisons, and app preferences — is stored only on your device using the operating system's local storage. It never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or anyone else. If you delete the app, that data is removed with it. You can also erase everything at any time from Settings → Clear all saved data.

Network use

SalaCal works entirely offline. It makes no network requests and has no servers. All U.S. tax-bracket data is bundled inside the app, so nothing about you — or anything you enter — is ever sent over the internet.

Spreadsheet export

When you export your plan, SalaCal creates a spreadsheet file on your device and hands it to the system share sheet. You choose where it goes. SalaCal does not upload it anywhere.

Children

SalaCal does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "last updated" date.
